ADVANCING EQUITY THROUGH MOCK TRIAL

Mock Trial is Cupertino High School’s exclusive law-based club, offering members a unique courtroom experience. Participants present cases at real courthouses before judges and attorneys. Our members are usually interested in law, public speaking, or joining a close-knit team. Our season runs from September to February.

For our 5th-grade project, we were asked to choose an inspiring famous person, study key details from their autobiography, and present a lifelike portrayal by dressing in their attire at a school-wide event open to family members. When approached, we were to recount their entire history through a speech.
